Personal Fitness Training Programs for All Ages

SoulfulBody Fitness

Understands that not all individuals have the same fitness endeavors, which is why we don't offer cookie-cutter or one-size-fits-all training programs. Below is a list of the main types of training programs we offer based on your individual fitness goals and how you want to achieve them. All SoulfulBody Fitness training sessions are between 30-45 min long. Please ask about our 30-minute express workout program.

Virtual Training

1 Client: 1 Trainer. This program lets you maximize the time you spend training and gives you the undivided attention of a trainer dedicated to helping you reach your goals.

Home Training

SoulfulBody Fitness offers training in the comfort of your own home. If you have physical limitations that keep you at home or simply prefer the privacy of in-home training, this option can provide what you need.

Senior Fitness

SoulfulBody Fitness believes seniors deserve every opportunity to live a full, healthy, and independent lifestyle. Specially designed fitness programs can keep seniors active at any age. Fitness and well-being are not just for the young but everyone at every stage of life. We help you improve your balance, strength, and flexibility as well as teach you how to exercise safely and minimize your fear of injury. Our fitness trainers are well-known and qualified to work with elders who aim to be more active and fit.

Athletic Training

Looking to improve your performance in your favorite sport? This program takes a sport-specific approach for helping you improve the athletic skill you need to maximize your sports performance.

Rehabilitative Training/Corrective Exercise Training

SoulfulBody Fitness works with local physical therapists and United Prosthetics to help clients improve their physical gains through functional corrective exercise techniques designed to reduce the risk of reinjury.

Pre and Postnatal Fitness Training

Expectant mothers can benefit from prenatal training throughout their pregnancy. An effective prenatal training program has been proven to help ease the delivery process. Postnatal training can help new mothers recover quickly and be ready to meet the physical demands of motherhood.
